Job Description

Start Date: Immediate Start

Job Description: In the picturesque Lower Hunter Valley of NSW, our client is seeking an experienced groom to join their growing team at their Thoroughbred stables. This is a full-time position offering above the award wage and accommodation is available on the farm. The duties include but are not limited to, handling mares, foals, and yearlings, making feeds, feeding up, as well as general health checks and stable chores. In addition, you will be involved in some farm maintenance, including mowing, weeding, picking up sticks, as well as safety checks.

To be successful in this position, it is preferable if you have at least two years' experience in a similar role and are comfortable administering medications including intravenous and intramuscular injections. If you are interested in this position please call Ceri on 07 4637 6916.
