We are currently seeking a skilled administrative assistant with excellent customer service skills to work at our client in Dingley on a contact basis until the End of August. The business is also experience a high volumn of work, as they are a heating and cooling manufacturer, and for the right person there may be an opportunity to stay on in a permenant capacity!
About the Role:
* Data Entry in to MYOB
* Taking phone calls from prospective clients
* Taking phone calls from customers with service issues and assisting them in finding a solution
* General Office duties as required
* You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and keep a cool head
* Experience using MYOB
* Have excellent phone manner
* Be available to start immediately and work through until the end of August
